# Step-by-Step Instructions:

Assemble assorted sandwiches by spreading cream cheese with cucumber, peanut butter with jam, cheddar with turkey or ham, or other preferred fillings. Press sandwiches gently together.
02 - Position celery stalks parallel on a large platter or board to form rails. Place pretzel sticks perpendicular across celery at intervals to create cross-ties.
03 - Set sandwich rectangles atop the celery tracks to represent train cars. Attach cucumber slices and cherry tomato halves as wheels using small amounts of cream cheese if needed. Decorate the engine with red and yellow bell pepper slices to represent details and windows.
04 - Surround the train with baby carrots, extra cucumber slices, and additional vegetables for snacking and visual appeal.
05 - Present immediately to allow children to interact by moving train cars along the edible tracks before eating.
